Simply put, the Scarlet Hotel is an award winning 37 bedroom hotel for adults, built to the highest eco standards boasting delicious, locally sourced food and the best Ayurvedic inspired spa you can imagine. So, it goes without saying that we were delighted to help Scarlet firstly with the naming process, then by creating an evocative brand identity.
As Bedruthan's sister hotel, the team behind Scarlet from tradition own strong brand values, and the brand is defined by how Scarlet transfers these values towards their customers, employees and all other people at their touch points. Consequently, Leap involved the Scarlet staff and external target groups in the design process. The result is a brand positioning and visual appearence for Scarlet that does justice to these requirements.

We have since worked on all aspects from brand, signage, teaser campaigns stationery, visitor leaflets, menu's, point of sale display materials, bedroom 'Do Not Disturb' signs (custom made from recycled car tyres) and of course an award winning website featuring stunning imagery of the hotel and the breath taking view over Mawgan Porth beach.
The Scarlet Hotel won 'Best Website' at the 2010 Cornwall Business Awards, which was a great achievement.
This continues to be a fantastic partnership for us at Leap, with a team that trust our ideas for an alternative and environmental take on their unique marketing material (and much more).
